Dear Sarasota Neighbor,

My name is Andrew Smith, and I want to personally thank you for taking a moment to learn about Coastal Pure Air, LLC. When I moved to Sarasota in early 2025, I fell in love with this beautiful community, but I also noticed many homes had a faint musty or “old house” smell.

During one home tour, I mentioned to the real estate agent that an ozone shock treatment could completely remove that odor. That simple comment sparked an idea. After saying a prayer and reflecting, I felt led to take action and that’s how Coastal Pure Air was born.

My goal is simple: to bring advanced odor remediation, sanitization, and HVAC care to everyday homes and businesses in Sarasota and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. By combining ozone treatments, UV-C light, HEPA filtration, and professional HVAC services such as filter replacement, coil cleaning, and air handler maintenance, we can eliminate odors, improve air quality, and ensure your HVAC system is running efficiently, keeping your environment clean, healthy, and comfortable.

What started as a small idea has grown into a heartfelt mission: helping families, employees, and guests breathe fresh and live pure every day.
