At Coastal Pure Air, we make the sanitization process simple, safe, and effective. From start to finish, most treatments take just 2–3 hours, depending on the size of the space.

1. Walkthrough & Assessment

When we arrive, we’ll do a complete walkthrough of your home or business. This allows us to identify high-touch areas, problem spots, and determine the most effective placements for our ozone and UV-C equipment.

2. Equipment Setup

Next, we strategically position high-power ozone generators and UV-C germicidal lamps throughout the space. This ensures total coverage, including areas where mold, bacteria, and odors often hide.

3. Treatment Phase

Once everything is in place, we begin the sanitization process. Ozone and UV-C light work together to neutralize bacteria, viruses, mold spores, and odors at the source. During this phase, the space must remain unoccupied for safety.

4. Post-Treatment Ventilation

After treatment, we air out the space to ensure ozone levels return to safe levels. This step is crucial for your comfort and safety.

5. Final Check & Customer Walkthrough

We finish with a final walkthrough to confirm your space is fresh, sanitized, and ready to use. Our team will answer any questions and provide recommendations for keeping your environment cleaner, longer.
